Introducing TowerAI: AI agents that get everyday things done

Most of what fills a day isn't difficult. It's just fiddly. Booking a train means checking timings on a couple of sites, typing the same details in again and hoping the seat you wanted is still free by the time you reach the payment page. Returning a missed call means remembering to. Revising for an exam means finding someone to explain the bit you're stuck on. Today we're introducing TowerAI: AI agents that take on this kind of everyday work and act on your behalf, while you stay in charge of the decisions that matter.

What TowerAI is

TowerAI is built by TowerAI LLP, a company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We build AI agents that solve day-to-day problems: booking tickets, handling phone calls, personal assistance, helping people learn and managing complex multi-step workflows.

The difference from a typical AI assistant is the last step. Plenty of tools can tell you how to do something. A TowerAI agent can go and do it — open the site, fill in the form, place the call — and then come back and tell you what happened.

One agent brain

Every TowerAI agent draws on the same set of capabilities, which we think of as a single agent brain:

• Reasoning and conversation — large language models work out what you're asking for and talk it through with you.
• Voice — speech-to-text and text-to-speech let agents listen and reply out loud, including on phone calls.
• Vision — video and image understanding lets agents make sense of what you show them, from a screenshot to a live camera feed.
• Action — agents can work on the web the way you would: navigating sites, filling in forms and completing bookings and purchases.

You reach them through web and mobile interfaces, by typing, talking or pointing your camera at the problem.

• Booking agent — finds, compares and books tickets.
• Call agent — answers and places calls, takes messages, books appointments and sends you a summary.
• Personal assistant — helps with scheduling, reminders, drafting messages, research and shopping.
• Learning tutor — explains topics, quizzes you, adapts to your pace and can hold a conversation by voice.
• Workflow agent — runs multi-step processes across sites and apps.
• Live visual guidance — share your camera and get step-by-step help with something in front of you, such as a leaking tap.

How a task runs

Whichever agent you use, a task moves through the same five stages:

• Ask — say it, type it or show it.
• Understand — language and vision models work out your intent and the context around it.
• Plan — the goal becomes a set of concrete steps.
• Act — the agent navigates sites, fills in forms and places calls.
• Check in — it asks before anything that spends money or speaks for you, then reports back.

You stay in control

An agent that acts for you has to earn trust, so we'd rather be plain about how TowerAI works. AI agents can make mistakes. They can misread a request, or a web page that has changed since yesterday. That's why TowerAI is built around three rules that keep you in charge:

• Agents ask for your approval before payments, bookings or sending messages on your behalf.
• Every step is recorded in an activity log, so you can see what was done, and when.
• You can pause or stop an agent at any time.

The agent does the legwork. You make the decisions that matter: what to pay for, what to book and what gets said in your name.

Who it's for

For individuals, TowerAI helps with the errands that crowd a week — travel, reminders, research, shopping and learning something new. For small businesses, the pressure point is often the phone, and a call agent can answer when nobody is free to pick up. For teams, it's the repetitive multi-step processes that run across several sites and apps and quietly eat into the day.

Plans & pricing

TowerAI has three plans. Personal is free and includes the booking agent, personal assistant and learning tutor. Pro is $50 a month and adds the call agent, scheduled workflows, live visual guidance and priority support. Teams & Enterprise plans are custom, through our sales team.
