Terms of Service
The terms that govern your access to and use of TowerAI's AI agents, apps and related services provided by TowerAI LLP.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and TowerAI LLP ("TowerAI", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of TowerAI and our related websites, including www.thetowerai.com, web and mobile apps, AI agents and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
The service
TowerAI builds AI agents that solve day-to-day problems and act on your behalf. Through our web and mobile apps, agents can help you book tickets for travel and events; handle phone calls by answering, placing calls, taking messages, booking appointments and summarising calls; provide personal assistance such as scheduling, reminders, drafting messages, research and shopping; help you learn with an AI tutor that explains, quizzes and adapts to you; and run multi-step workflows across websites and apps. A single agent brain combines large language models, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and video and image understanding, and can act on the web by navigating sites, filling in forms and completing the bookings and purchases you approve. Live visual guidance lets you share camera video or images for step-by-step help.
Some features may be offered as previews and may be incomplete, subject to usage limits, or changed or withdrawn. We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the Service over time. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but it depends in part on third-party sites, networks and providers, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Accounts
To use most features of the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and the devices you use to access the Service, and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions you approve for your agents.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account. A person under that age may use features such as the AI tutor only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that are used in violation of these Terms.
Plans & billing
The Service is offered through the plans described on our pricing page. The Personal plan is free. The Pro plan is US$50 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Teams & Enterprise plans are offered on custom pricing; please contact our sales team at admin@thetowerai.com.
Plan features, limits and pricing may change. We will give you reasonable notice before any new or changed fees apply to a plan you are using, and you can choose whether to continue. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees and any taxes to your chosen payment method; unless stated otherwise when you subscribe, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service, or direct an agent, to commit fraud, make unauthorised purchases or bookings, impersonate any person or organisation, harass, threaten or deceive anyone, record calls or conversations unlawfully, make spam calls, robocalls or other unsolicited calls or messages, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others.
You must not use the Service to bypass or defeat CAPTCHAs, access controls or other protections on third-party sites, to scrape or collect data in violation of a site's terms, or to otherwise breach the terms of the third-party services an agent interacts with. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems, interfere with its integrity or performance, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, exceed or circumvent the limits of your plan, or resell access to it in a way not permitted by these Terms. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, in response to violations.
Agents acting on your behalf
Agents ask for your approval before making a payment, completing a booking or sending a message on your behalf. When you approve an action, you authorise the agent to carry it out for you, and you are responsible for it as if you had taken it yourself. Actions are recorded in an activity log, and you can pause or stop an agent at any time, although stopping an agent does not reverse actions that have already been completed.
You are responsible for reviewing the details an agent presents before you approve, including names, dates, times, destinations, quantities, recipients and amounts. Bookings, purchases and other transactions are between you and the relevant third-party merchant or provider, such as an airline, rail operator, ticketing platform or retailer, and their terms, fares, cancellation and refund rules apply. Unless we expressly state otherwise, TowerAI is not a travel agent or the merchant of record and is not a party to those transactions.
You must have the right to use any third-party account you ask an agent to use, and you remain responsible for complying with that service's terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, pricing or performance of third-party sites and services, or for their acts or omissions.
Calls & recordings
Call agents can answer and place phone calls, take messages, book appointments and produce recordings, transcripts and summaries. You are responsible for using these features in compliance with all laws that apply to you and to the people on the call, including laws on call recording and consent, any requirement to disclose that the caller is an AI or that the call is being recorded, and telemarketing and do-not-disturb rules.
You must not use the Service to make unsolicited, bulk or promotional calls in breach of applicable law, or to contact people who have not agreed to be contacted where their consent is required. Where consent to record or transcribe a call is needed, you are responsible for obtaining it. We may limit, suspend or block calling features where we reasonably suspect misuse.
Customer content & intellectual property
As between you and us, you retain all rights to the content, data and inputs you submit to the Service, including instructions, files, audio, video and images ("Customer Content"), and you are responsible for it and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it, including any information about other people. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and use Customer Content as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the outputs generated for you through the Service are yours to use. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service itself, including the underlying software, models, technology, trademarks and all related intellectual property. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred under these Terms.
AI output & agent errors
The Service uses AI models, and agents can make mistakes. They may misunderstand an instruction, mishear speech, misread a website or image, choose the wrong option or be affected by changes on third-party sites, and their outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You should verify important information, such as booking confirmations, prices, times and the content of messages, directly with the relevant provider before relying on it.
Outputs are not professional, legal, medical, financial or safety advice. Step-by-step guidance given through live visual guidance is general information only; you are responsible for your own safety and for using a qualified professional where appropriate. Content from our AI tutor is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for teachers, official course materials or formal assessment.
Fees, taxes & refunds
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service in accordance with your plan and the pricing described on our pricing page at the time. Fees are stated exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or similar government charges, except for taxes based on our net income. Amounts you pay to third parties for bookings, tickets, purchases or other transactions completed by an agent are separate from our fees and are set by the relevant merchant or provider.
Except where required by applicable law, our fees are non-refundable and are not pro-rated upon cancellation. Refunds for third-party transactions are governed by that merchant's or provider's own rules. If a payment to us fails or is overdue, we may suspend or limit access to the Service until the outstanding amount is paid. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.
Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of harmful components, that any agent will complete a task successfully, or that any output will be accurate or meet your requirements. Any material obtained through the Service is accessed at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither TowerAI nor its partners, employees or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nor will we be liable for the acts or omissions of third-party merchants or providers, or for fare changes, cancellations, refusals or other outcomes of transactions you have with them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, our users or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, any agents acting for you will stop, and we may delete your account and associated content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Transactions already completed with third parties are not affected. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, will continue to apply.
Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, our business or the law. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
